  • I accompanied a person in a wheelchair, but according to the staff, the elevator has been out of order for several months! It is possible to use a second elevator, but it requires crossing a gravel courtyard that is difficult to access with a wheelchair.

  • The town hall is closed on January 2nd. Where is this information? Nowhere… It's worth remembering that historically, the town hall was only open in the mornings so that files could be sorted in the afternoons. With computers, what's the point of closing in the afternoons now? Is this the next step in implementing Sandra, a town hall managed by AI? Or perhaps just a voicemail system? We talk about the inefficiency of public services compared to private ones, and this only proves it. It should be noted that in many other towns, it's possible to make an appointment by phone. Looking forward to things being sorted out. Sincerely,

Hello, if you wish I can come and work as a receptionist at the front desk or to answer the phone and direct people, I think you are short of staff given my many unanswered calls!

  • I went to pick up my passport this morning. I took a number. Seeing the crowd, I asked at the counter if I should wait in line. "Yes, of course!" they replied. I waited. People who arrived after me went ahead. I waited for over half an hour. My number was never called. I went back to the same counter, this time to a very "nice" blonde woman... "Oh yes, it's for the passport?" She gave it to me, and in 5 seconds my problem was solved! Honestly, it's ridiculous! There are people who have jobs!!!

  • As usual, the town hall is only open in the morning, and you have to call to make an appointment. True to form, the town hall doesn't seem to have hired anyone capable of answering the phone during opening hours. Frankly, I'm not asking for much, just that someone who works three hours a day would at least have the decency to answer their phone; it's infuriating. These will be the first jobs replaced by AI, and we won't be able to say it wasn't deserved. Sincerely,
