Unpleasant welcome, I was yelled at because since 22/11/21 it is by appointment only, there was nobody there, I just got back from Saint Luc, I didn't know, I only gave 2 stars because I left with my completed document.

For an institution of its size, the waiting time is practically nonexistent. And the staff are great.
