Their treatment is so trash, there's only 1 good employee who treats the civilians nice , the others are disrespectful and you're unable to deal or get anywhere with them.

Twice, I contacted the BSA municipal administration from abroad, where I live, to obtain a birth certificate and then a marriage certificate, both of which required apostille. I corresponded with Ms. Timsonet. She was very responsive, clearly explained the process, and everything went smoothly and quickly. Thank you to her for her professionalism.
