I'm surprised to read the comments... Just this morning, I called them for some information, and the woman on the phone was very kind, pleasant, and professional. I received answers directly without having to go through a specific department. In any case, whether it was luck or not, I've always been very happy with the staff I deal with, both on the phone and in person—pleasant, responsive, and professional people.

The staff is particularly unpleasant and unprofessional. The reception is cold, sometimes condescending, and you clearly get the impression of being a bother rather than being helped. The lack of listening and respect makes the experience very frustrating. A serious reassessment is needed. The facilities are limited, and the maintenance of some areas leaves much to be desired. It feels as though the town is stagnating and not keeping up with the times.

Unpleasant person on the phone Decides when you have to come in before a certain time, even when you're working Laughs at people with their colleague when you ask for information Apparently, they don't know how to help people; everything is always too difficult for them Closed at noon, but appointments are never given after 11 a.m.

I went to the town hall today at 4 p.m. (a walk-in time slot) to change my address. The woman from the population services department was very friendly, smiling, and pleasant. However, her colleagues, who were finishing their shift, barely acknowledged us in the entrance hall. We constantly complain about citizens, but we never see the other side of the coin. It's easy to see the speck in someone else's eye but not the log in your own.

Scamming a 17-year-old! I went to the town hall today, earlier this week; my mother went to request my criminal record check. They charged her €5 for the document. Today, I came to pick it up, unfortunately without my mother, and they made me pay another €5 (which I paid in cash, so obviously there's no proof). Furthermore, the service was unpleasant.
