I went to the town hall to change my household composition. Imagine my surprise at having to pay €10... It's outrageous for a piece of paper with a stamp. Making us pay such a fee is unacceptable...

I received a very poor reception and was quickly dismissed, with the only excuse being "They don't have time." From now on, I recommend the Ans town hall, which is much more responsive.

Each time we have contacted the Population and Civil Registry Service, we have been received by very friendly staff who have always done everything possible to help us as quickly as possible. A big thank you.

Offices are only open until 3:30 PM during summer time! And they don't answer the phone! Despite 10 attempts. The public service is of very poor quality.
