In 2014, I completed a two-week administrative internship at the Ath Town Hall as part of my "Reception and Tourism Agent" diploma. I enjoyed it so much (the excellent rapport with my colleagues made me feel comfortable during my internship) that I did a second two-week administrative internship there in 2015. I thank all the staff for their kindness. As a person with a disability, it is important to strive for inclusion and to feel valued.

Listening to the customer? You'd rather commit violations, normalizing your dealings against federal law. One star is too much for these criminals.

I confirm some of the comments mentioned below: The receptionist's welcome was deplorable and haughty. From the first contact, you realize you're bothering them. You're then dismissed with a mocking smile and a sneer... Madam, I would like to remind you that you are supposed to be "at the service" of the public... A serious self-reflection and some retraining would do you a world of good...
