Hello, I pay for my garbage collection every year. This year I didn't receive the document to collect my free garbage bins, so I called the town hall and they told me I couldn't get them because I left it too late, even though I didn't receive the document to collect them. On top of that, they're telling me I have to pay for them! It's really not cool of you. I hope someone can answer me about this. 😡😡😡

The staff were welcoming and very helpful, but sometimes a little slow.

Don't answer the phone...it's getting tiresome. Staff needs review.
