Supposedly open from 8:30 am to 4 pm, but if you arrive before 3:30 pm, they refuse to do anything, even though some blue-collar workers finish their day at 3 pm after starting much earlier! Ah, the wonderful life of bureaucracy! If I were a minister or a mayor, that's where I'd look to find money first, rather than in the pension fund.

Small town, small staff, don't expect much in the way of information. They're all about taking the easy way out and can't even answer the phone. Change towns before it's too late.

A bunch of lazy good-for-nothings, you should never ask them for anything, they're incapable of anything.
