A nice calm square, the communal building is quite beautiful. Never tried their services. Tram 81 stop is located there where you can go to Merode.

Zeer slecht service, Staff zijn niet hulpvol, Weet niks,minder informatie, Gebouw is mooi,maar staff is so mean, They dont like to help,lack of information, Always giving problems, Mijn ervaring altijd slecht. I am so disappointed,we need to wait for years or month and stil in 1 minute they will tell you we need this paper not this one. Even in last appointment they dont tell me this paper is not okey bring other one.like they waste time.they dont respect time and person. They expert to waste time.they dont like to check file carefully .Staff dont like to work.i am not talking about everyonebut most of them are so mean and not helpful.sorry but its bitter truth.

ALWAYS A BAD EXPERIENCE AT FOREIGNERS DESK (Étranger) When you say the desk is for Foreigners, is it not logical that you should provide the service also in English for foreigners who cannot talk French or Dutch rather than being rude to us, given that Brussels capital region provides services in English, French and Dutch. I understand that taking pride is one's language is important but not so that you disrespect everyone who cannot speak that language, that too at a government office. If you want to call yourself Capital Region of Europe then think beyond French and Dutch atleast in your govt. offices to support foreigners else give the baton to another region which can !

Never in my life I have gone through such a headache. Most of the staffs there are not helpful and especially the person at the door, is so rude and they don't treat you like a human....
