  I had a very positive experience at this Planning familial. I got an appointment within two days and the doctor who visited me was very kind, professional and caring. She also followed up with me immediately once the results were available and was open for all sort of questions. Institutions like these play a pivotal role in ensuring rapidly accessible and affordable healthcare. It is also worth noting that they are welcoming everyone - LGBTQI+ friendly.

  Very disappointed by my experience. The front desk staff were lovely and welcoming but the actual consultation was a terrible experience. Doc turned up 45 min late, no apologies given. According to the front desk, this behaviour is 'normal'. Avoid if you're looking for a serious medical consultation

  I made an appointment there two weeks ago for a screening. It went very well; the gentleman who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and helpful. I went back for the screening on April 13, 2026. The welcome was wonderful! The blood test was completely painless. The doctor was very competent and attentive, but above all, very compassionate. I will gladly return in the future. Thank you to the whole team for this great experience; you do excellent work!

  I rarely leave reviews on Google, but the negative comments have prompted me to share my experience. I've always been very well received by the caring staff. I was seen by three different doctors, both men and women, who made me feel comfortable and listened attentively. It's true that the doctors are often late, which is unfortunate; there's no reason why the schedule should be systematically disregarded. But beyond that, I think the team manages to make you feel confident and at ease.
