I went for an MRI scan and a pre-scan injection of contrast fluid. The first appointment was an hour late, but the radiology assistant was very polite. My scan was on time. Doing an MRI scan can be quite frightening, as you cannot move during the process and it is both loud and in a restricted space. Fortunately, this one was only 20 mins and they do give you an emergency stop button. Results available after 4 days. St. Elisabeth is accessible by public transport.

3.5 hours of waiting in the emergency room! Nearby, a grandmother with a broken head is crying in pain and holding her own hand, she fell, and no one will offer her any painkillers or napkins so that she can at least wipe the blood off her face. On the other hand, there's a girl after an accident, blood is running down her leg, she's holding her side and can't sit normally, the same situation, waiting for more than an hour! I was like a medical staff - I gave one dry wipes to stop the bleeding, and the other wet ones to wipe the dried blood off her face, , I gave the third one a phone charger, because there isn’t even that here... The third woman simply collapsed in the middle of the hallway. Yes, she was immediately picked up, but why was she standing there alone, without any staff? When I asked when they would see me and examine me, they said, “We don’t have enough staff, it’s summer!” Are you serious? Don't you know that you can't let half the hospital go on vacation at the same time in the summer? So people shouldn't get sick in the summer? It's horrible! Zero service, no free water, wet or dry wipes, minimal comfort! And this is not the cheapest clinic in the capital of Belgium, I am horrified and terribly disappointed! They have a sign in the hallway that says "We're working on a new branch for your comfort," and there's a photo of new sofas... Spend the money on expanding your staff and training them to work quickly! This is just a mockery of people.

The worst clinic I've ever seen in my entire life. I'm really sorry. Anyone who is tired of their life can go to that clinic.

I’ve had to go to the emergency services twice since June, once for the aftermath of a bad virus and once for a broken bone. Both times I received rapid and effective treatment from the highly competent medical professionals who handled my cases. I’m very happy with the service I received.

WORST CLINIC THAT EXISTS! Unorganized and rude! I’d rather go to silent hill than ever go there again! RUN
