  Very good experience with the medical teams (gastroenterology). Personal approach, quick appointments, doctors all speak English. Administration was good too, but best to double check hospital fee estimates as for privately insured patients the hospital reserves the right to charge extra. Otherwise overall positive feedback.

  Unqualified hospital for the terrible service they offer. I called to book an IRM with contrast, they gave me an appointment for Sunday. After the exam, I noticed it was a simple IRM without contrast, I asked for more explanation. The doctor replied that they don't do the contrast on Sundays. Too bad, this was not what I asked for when booking while I had clearly specified what I needed. Dirty hospital and with rude people working inside and at the switchboard. I waited 50 minutes on the phone to speak to a receptionist who finally hung up the phone without giving me any explanations. Terrible service.

  I was trying to cancel an appointment for a next day appointment and I rang to cancel they didn't speak English and put me on hold for hour's and appointment was for my sons eyes as we had turn up fir appointment 2 months ago and when we got there we were give another appointment no one seen him only appointment was rearrange for Friday the 13th trying go cancel it since it was made as they're not really helpful and having to wait on the phone for hours still no answer only music repeatedly playing busy crazy. We're going to be charged for the appointment of 25 euro as we won't show and my phone bill is 50 euro for 1 call where I didn't talk to anyone only for 1 min chat where she didn't understand English she said wait online and someone else to chat and then music for 60 min.. then I hung up rang again, and they said they call me in 24 hours hilarious 😂 realy they must think 🤔 that's we've nothing more to be doing, only waiting on the phone crazy 🤪 this is my appointment I am cancelling trying too at least.. 08.30 am on Friday 13th eye test forms son. So bad service 😫

  It deserves 0 stars but unfortunately thats not an option 😒 The receptions during the night shift such an arrogant and very unfriendly. Went there with my husband because he was feeling very sick, spent 3 days in bed with stomach ache and vomiting 🤮 . The receptionist after 4 calls answered the call and said ok come here and we see . Went there had the audacity to ask why we didnt come earlier and ansked for documents , we in vacation though . ( obviously 🙄 we interrupted a conversation with a girl from their staff ) anyway the taksi driver we got said let me talk with him , and he started talking loudly saying that ok i accept him in if he is willing to pay 1000-1500 euro for what , just a SERUM ( idk if its also same word in english ) .
