An amazing experience from start to finish! 💖👶 As expats welcoming our first baby in Belgium, we were naturally a little nervous, but the entire team made us feel completely at ease. The doctors, midwives, nurses, and support staff were incredibly patient, kind, professional, and supportive. 🌷 Everything was explained clearly, all our questions were answered with care, and we were always treated with warmth and respect. 😊 No matter how busy things were, the staff remained polite, helpful, and reassuring. We couldn't have asked for a better experience to welcome our baby girl into the world. 💕 Thank you to everyone for making this journey so special and memorable. We will always be grateful! 🙏✨

I finally found an exceptional customer service in Belgium. I had a gynecologist intervention and all the medical staff were attentive, kind, and professional. They even called me the day after to check if I had any discomfort and if everything went fine. The hospital is clean and organized. One major difficult thing is the language as most of the staff speak French; some English would be helpful for international patients. There seems to be some understaffing as well. But all in all, this is a reliable place with empathetic staff. Thank you for your great service😊

Waited 6 hours in Emergency before anyone saw patient. Had to also watch a guy practically bleed all over floor for 6 hours as well and no one helped. They do not even offer you a cup for water. You have to drink from tap in sink in toilet area. When u ask, they point to a fountain in waiting room outside A&E. So bring your own water. If you try to ask a question in A&E they ignore you as they are too busy. The admin staff are very disorganised and rude too. Once you get admitted to hospital itself, the head doctor is ok but there is better service in third world countries. Only get to see head doctor twice a week so limited updates..Junior everyday staff need training and help with their interpersonal skills. Admin should also be more available and helpful to family that need information. Experience here was not good at all.

We took part in the prenatal hospital visit at St Michel Hospital, which we had to interrupt because during the visit I suddenly felt unwell and we decided to go home. During the night, however, we were forced to return to the hospital’s emergency department. I initially thought it was just a stronger episode of discomfort, but following the thorough and professional examination by the gynecologist, it turned out that I needed to stay in the hospital. The nurse on duty that day recognized me from the earlier visit and came to see me personally, which was a very thoughtful and reassuring gesture. After experiencing their professional and caring treatment, we decided to choose this hospital for the delivery. We did not regret it! Dr. Frederic Grandjean and his delivery team, the maternity team, and the obstetrics department all contributed to the most important day of our lives with their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. The delivery room was well equipped, spacious, and clean. After the birth, we were moved with our baby to another comfortable, clean, and pleasant room, where my husband was also able to stay overnight with us. The food was very good. Almost all members of the staff spoke or understood English. The team contributed enormously to making these days truly unforgettable. Thank you very much!

This hospital is highly disorganized. Very few staff members speak Dutch or English, making communication difficult. There is no air conditioning, which makes the facility extremely uncomfortable during the summer months. In addition, there is no transparency regarding potential costs, and very little information is available online.
