  Never ever go to this dentist.Dr. Werquin. He did not communicate the facts completely and accurately during my first appointment, which led to a second appointment that was completely unnecessary — a waste of both my time and money. To make matters worse, he accused me of making up the story and claimed that I hadn’t heard him properly during the first visit. In reality, he simply failed to explain things the first time and only provided proper explanations during the second appointment. Extremely bad experience. If you value your time and money, please avoid this doctor.

  All service is very good except for an old blonde secretary who received the customer in genecologe section. Not even look at you when you say hello (she answer though), always look so bored like she is too busy working the whole day and doesn't want to be disturbed. I don't think she deserved the position where she sitting right now. It's been more less 4 times I saw her and she's always looks not polite.

  I highly recommend Dr. Paul Grobet. I consulted him for my two daughters to have their frenula clipped, and I am extremely satisfied. He is a very reassuring professional who takes the time to clearly explain each step and perfectly reassured and guided my daughters. I have chosen him twice, and if I had to do it again, I would choose him without hesitation. I recommend him wholeheartedly! (Stomatology department, 6th floor)

  I had an appointment with an ophthalmologist; upon arrival, I had to pay, but they categorically refused to accept my cash. They wouldn't even accept a bank transfer. So they cancelled the appointment. In my opinion, refusing cash payment is totally illegal. Unheard of.
