After a four-year battle with five unprofessional ENT specialists, I met Dr. Claude Liebshardt. His attentiveness, compassion, and professionalism restored my faith that medicine still has a mission to heal and find the root cause of the problem. He immediately identified my nasal and throat issues and prescribed a one-month trial treatment with a follow-up appointment to reassess the situation. He didn't charge 500% of the standard fees like others had, nor did he dismiss my symptoms and distress. It's rare to find a doctor like him.
