  Small, but so far very good clinic

  Generally good clinic, but the receptionists tend to mix up your appointment dates. I called once to cancel an appointment and was told there was no appointment in my name. When I called back with my appointment card (with the exact time of my appointment), it was then told that there was an appointment and it was only cancelled at the second request.

  Avoid all costs. We arrived at 8.45, appointment is at 09.00 . At 10.00 we are still in the waiting room, we asked the receptionist lady if the doctor is coming. She says oh he is on his way ?! Why don’t you tell us that before?

  Should be avoided. During the Corona pandemic, staff is walking around with noses uncovered, patients allowed to roam around without masks, all despite proper mask usage is required. As a medical clinic, staff ought to have been trained in the proper use, and they are bound to have at-risk patients. Simply not acceptable.

  Worst clinic ever. Get an appointment at 11h and the receptionist not only failed to mention that there is 6 people in front of me but on top of it thinks it’s ok to scream at me and blaming the printer!!! Seriously ? Shocking !
