Very nice experience. The staff was super friendly and open to answer all of my questions. Very good reachable by public transportation. If you come by car you get free parking vouchers.

Very nice center, kind nurses and reception staff. Sadly, the doctor taking the questionnaire can't be bothered with simple politeness. Cold, unpleasant and clearly annoyed when asked to repeat a question (couldn't hear it through the mask). I won't go back there ever again, you shouldn't be treated with disrespect when trying to do a nice thing for others.

I came here to complete the emergency first aid training to obtain my driving license. Our instructor (Ben) was Dutch speaking and the course was in Dutch, but since I couldn't speak the language he obliged and took extra effort to explain the material in English as well. The course was useful and the people are all nice here.

If you are like me, you don't mind giving blood but until now, were unaware that you can give it easily in the city center of Brussels ! This new center opened only a couple of months ago, fully furnished for blood and plasma donations. The staff is very gentle and was kind enough to let me try to give blood twice to finally succeed, at the third try !
