  Review: Terrible service. Not willing to buy a large container for needles despite the fact that patients who use injectable medicines represent an important part of the pharmacy’s activity. I’m a pharmacist and I’m not going there anymore. Do not recommend. Update after the owner’s reply: My review does not question the existence of an official municipal disposal channel for used needles. The issue was how the situation was handled at the pharmacy. I went to this pharmacy to drop off used needles as I had been doing for several months prior to this visit. On this occasion, the refusal was not accompanied by any clear explanation or guidance. The pharmacy refused, stating that I could handle it myself, and I had to insist to be given a phone number to contact. As a patient, and also as a pharmacist, I expect a pharmacy to offer more than a purely transactional interaction. Accompanying patients, ensuring safe disposal of medical waste, and communicating changes in practice with clarity and respect are part of professional and ethical responsibility toward public health. To clarify, I am a pharmacist trained within the EU, but not in Belgium. Regulations regarding medical waste disposal differ between countries, and it is therefore entirely natural for a patient, even one who is a healthcare professional, not to be familiar with local municipal circuits. Furthermore, based on my previous experience at this pharmacy, where used needles had been accepted for several months, I had no reason to believe this would no longer be the case. At the counter, I approached the pharmacy solely as a patient, and as such I expected to be properly informed and accompanied through the local procedures. The defensive tone of the owner’s reply, focusing on regulation rather than acknowledging the lack of communication and consideration shown at the time, unfortunately reinforces my experience and my original assessment.

  The lady that works there is soooo slow. There are always so many people waiting when it is her shift. You should really improve your service

  Wow! The customer service is super! I called to receive a paper copy of my Covid test and they were very helpful and friendly. This included sending a follow up email too!

  I made an online order from this Pharmacy, very good service. I paid online and got my order ship to my place within EU. Thank you Pharmacy Boulevard.

  They mention on the phone that they will be open until 9am on Sunday, we rushed to get there before closing time and we found a queue of people waiting as they basically stopped answering at 8:40 already. Impossible to rely on such a service in case of emergency.
