No, the plexiglass barriers were in place during COVID, and I'm not mistaken about the pharmacy, you bunch of liars. There's absolutely no empathy for sick customers. The employees are mean and dishonest. One employee even dared to make fun of me. The manager noticed she was mocking me and simply said, "Do you find that funny?" She replied that she did, continuing to mock me. The manager has no authority over his employees and lets it all happen without reacting. Then, when I dared to complain that it's wrong to make fun of others, the one who mocked me called me crazy and told me to get out of the pharmacy. Another colleague came to her defense, even though she hadn't heard anything because she was talking to someone else. From now on, I'll go to a different pharmacy; they're the ones who lose out. And incompetence, they forget to give you the medication and blame you, and it's you who forgot! How could I forget when there used to be plastic screens to protect the staff? How am I supposed to grab the medication when there was only a small space? Really incompetence and bad faith!

Excellent service! I received urgent care for a very important medication, whereas my own pharmacy quoted a 36-hour wait without processing it. They prepared it for me immediately. Top-notch service!!

These people are more concerned with their administration than their customers! Today, there was a woman ahead of me in the pharmacy who didn't have a prescription, but she had an appointment with her doctor on Monday, after which she would bring the prescription. She asked for help out of necessity and asked for the medication she had obtained earlier. It was a remedy for cold sores that she urgently needed. The woman was treated like a drug dealer; they called her general practitioner, who was on vacation—a very long process—and finally she got the box, but not without an exaggerated and humiliating lecture from the pharmacists. My pharmacist, who's a little further down the street, knows me and has always helped me in similar situations. I left without buying my cough drops.

Every time I've been there, the staff have always been kind and helpful. I've always received good advice and they take the time to answer questions.
