My wife, being served by a saleswoman with a strong Romanian accent, was picking up a medical preparation she had ordered a few days earlier from a very friendly young man. She was verbally assaulted by the woman. When my wife pointed out that the order had been placed with this young man, who was at the counter, the woman replied, "I don't care if it's a young man or a young woman, I want the receipt!" while gesturing wildly and shouting that nothing had been prepared. As a customer myself, I will never go back. Since when do they address customers like that? She would certainly benefit from some hospitality training. Personal moods and problems should be left at the door.

Years go by and the quality of service declines. Some pharmacists are friendly, but others don't fully understand the reimbursement system, and you end up paying full price. Even when it's urgent and the prescription will be dispensed the next day, some pharmacists flatly refuse to give you the medication. Avoid this chain and go to a small, local pharmacy.
