Disappointing Customer Service – No Support for Allergies I bought a shampoo at this pharmacy, and after checking the ingredients, I discovered it contained components to which I am allergic. I tried to return the product, but the staff reacted unprofessionally, criticizing my late return and refusing to accept the product back, despite my explanation of my allergy. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that other stores elsewhere handle this type of request with understanding and respect for their customers' health. Their firm refusal to accept a return for safety reasons demonstrates a lack of consideration for customers. I recommend that anyone seeking better service shop at establishments where customer satisfaction and safety are genuinely prioritized.

I went there for 20 years until a pharmacist made a comment about my financial health ("rich people") and I haven't set foot in there since (during the Covid pandemic)... Too bad for the female pharmacists who were all very nice!
