  Extremely unhelpful staff. I had to go and look for the right medical equipment myself, the pharmacists offered no help and also were not present to help. They seem to only cater to their regular customers who they know from before because people who the staff knows were cutting in line and getting service before me. The medical equipment however is of good quality, if you manage to find it in the stacks of stuff they have!

  I visited Pharmacie Bracke while looking for a medical supplier that could assist with a specific orthopaedic request. Although the pharmacy was ultimately unable to provide exactly what was needed, the staff were courteous and took the time to offer helpful guidance instead of simply turning us away. Rather than leaving us without any direction, they recommended another supplier and provided the relevant contact details, which I appreciated. Small gestures like this reflect a professional attitude and a genuine willingness to assist customers, even when a particular product or service is not available. The premises appeared clean, organised and well maintained, creating a pleasant environment for visitors. My overall impression was that the team was approachable and willing to help within the scope of what they could provide. Although my visit did not result in obtaining the item I was looking for, I value the helpful advice and courteous service I received. Based on this experience, I am happy to give four stars.

  Big fan of this place! Very kind and knowledgeable people, and every customer is truly greeted as a friend and with a nice chat. On top of being a pharmacy, they are also a very well known local « bandagiste », with a lot of medical support material on offer, and they are truly knowledgeable about the needs of their customers and are always ready to help choosing the best solution

  I went there to buy insoles for plantar fasciitis. The pharmacist was fluent in English, knowledgeable about the issue, presented different options with different prices with different pros and cons, helped me try each one to help me decide which one to buy. Strongly recommended!
