Appointments are almost always delayed by at least 30 minutes. This is especially problematic in the morning, as it has often made me late for work meetings afterwards. I find this lack of respect for patients' time very disappointing.

My experience with this medical practice is marred by unpleasant memories. Some doctors, if they can still be called that, display a blatant lack of interest: they stare at you during the consultation, openly judging you (see Dr. Anton Fernandez Sara, for example). Dr. Roth, for his part, refused to listen to my wife's requests regarding the diagnosis of our child's diabetes; she had to check the boxes on the prescription herself to obtain the complete workup necessary for this condition. In hindsight, I can only advise against this practice.

I've been a patient at this medical practice for several years now! And I'm extremely happy with the service, the care I receive, and the warm welcome from the doctor. He listens attentively, takes the time to understand, and tries to make a diagnosis!
