  When I go to see Ms. Aid for a consultation, I feel in very safe hands. She’s friendly, considerate, reassuring, punctual, listens to you and really knows what she’s doing. Obviously you can’t speak easily during treatment, so I appreciate how she tells you to raise your hand if you feel any discomfort or need to communicate. It’s the simplest of things, but other dentists I’ve seen don’t do that. Yesterday I had made two appointments for check-ups, one for me and one for my son, and she was very pleasant and highly competent with both of us. French is her language, but she also speaks English.

  I was very disappointed with the teeth-whitening treatment and the doctor’s response after it became clear it had failed. Despite paying around EUR 300, the procedure had no effect and left visible, long-term stains. I was told results would appear by the second day, yet nothing changed and the stains worsened. My email and two voicemails went unanswered; when she finally replied, she said the issue did not seem concerning or urgent and informed me the practice would be closed for 1.5 months. I later learned crucial information I had never been told: whitening a non-vital tooth externally can cause irreversible staining, yet this was recommended. I was only advised to avoid coffee, tea, and red wine for 24 hours, although a strict white diet for up to 14 days is standard, which I followed but not based on her advice. I was also not informed that no whitening lamp would be used. Given the poor result, staining, and lack of proper aftercare and communication, I cannot recommend Dr. Aid.

  Amazing doctor! She is so kind, light-handed, detail-oriented. I had my check-up, fillings, dental cleanings, they were all smooth, pain-free, professional experience and visually great. Thank you.

  Mrs. Dr. AID is an amazing dentist. She has helped me with my implant and she was all the way very kind, supportive and professional. Highly recommended!

  I highly recommend Dr. Meriem. She treated my two cavities with great skill, and the family members I referred to her are also very satisfied with her work.
