I ordered an injection and asked them to hold it until my appointment, planning to pick it up the same day, just before my appointment in the morning. I specifically asked for the hours to be sure, clearly stating the day and emphasizing its importance. In the end, on the day of my appointment, I waited 40 minutes before they opened, and of course, no one answered the phone. I arrived late for my appointment because of them. The price was also excessive.
